Terapias Avanzadas y Tecnologías Biomédicas / IBS-TEC13
Grupo de investigación constituido en torno al Servicio de Cirugía General y del Aparato Digestivo del HUVN de Granada, y las áreas que lo constituyen: Cirugía Coloproctológica, Endocrinológica, Esofagogástrica y Bariátrica, Hepatobiliopancreática y Trasplante Hepático, Cirugía de la Pared Abdominal, Cirugía de Trauma y Urgencias, y Cuidados de Enfermería en Cirugía. En cada una de estas áreas, el enfoque de investigación está centrado en la evaluación de las tecnologías sanitarias en uso, de las nuevas tecnologías que están por implantar, y de los resultados en salud obtenidos, sin olvidar el enfoque traslacional, la genómica y el contacto con las ciencias básicas.
Líneas de investigación
- ARNs no codificantes como marcadores de respuesta a la radioquimioterapia en el cáncer de recto. IP: Raquel Conde Muíño. 2016-2018.
- Análisis prospectivo de calidad de vida en pacientes intervenidos de by pass gástrico vs. gastrectomía vertical.
- Estudio de células mesenquimales de cordón umbilical en el cáncer de recto. Investigador: Dr. Huertas Peña.
- Estudio de células mesenquimales en ambiente peritumoral en cáncer de colon. Investigador: Dr. Huertas Peña.
- Impacto de la diseminación de las células tumorales circulantes durante la duodenopancreatectomía cefálica en la aparición de metástasis y supervivencia en pacientes con tumores de páncreas y periampulares. Ensayo clínico multicéntrico: liderado desde el Hospital Universitario Virgen del Rocío. IP: Dr. Javier Padillo. I.C.: Dra. Trinidad Villegas Herrera.
- Preparación preoperatoria con neumoperitoneo y/o toxina botulínica para la cirugía de las eventraciones gigantes.
- Solución de Lugol en pacientes programados para tiroidectomía por enfermedad de Graves-Basedow: ensayo clínico LIGRADIS comparando eficacia y seguridad de su administración frente a cirugía directa sin dicha preparación. Estudio multicéntrico nacional (18 hospitales) coordinado desde nuestro centro y el Hospital de la Princesa de Madrid
