El grupo de investigación es multicisciplinar y tiene como objetivo principal la descripción de evidencias sobre la eficacia de la fisioterapia y la enfermería en el manejo del dolor crónico y otras alteraciones deriviadas del tratamiento oncológico. Cuentan con un pequeño laboratorio, que es referente para algunos grupos internacionales, en relación con la respuesta inmune y hormonal al dolor crónico.
